Policies and Guidelines
Your outstanding experience is my priority. In order to ensure a seamless relationship, l've established brief but effective guidelines. I appreciate your business and look forward to exceeding your expectations.
Cancellations: To maintain an efficient schedule and accommodate all our valued clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a courtesy, we will send you a friendly reminder via text and email 24 hours before your appointment. However, we kindly ask that you also take responsibility for remembering your scheduled dates and times to avoid any delays or missed appointments. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we are here to support you. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, we will gently remind you of our policy, and it will be noted in your file. In the event of a second occurrence, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This ensures that we can continue providing exceptional service and accommodate all our clients effectively. Same day cancellations are also a 50% cancellation fee.
No Call/ No Show: You will no longer be able to book with me.
Late Policy: Since reservations are planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it's important to be punctual.
Enough time is reserved so you can change clothes, complete any necessary paperwork, and begin your experience without worries. If you are less than 10 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment. More than 10 minutes late will be considered a last minute cancellation/reschedule.
Card on File: By having a card on file, you are giving Luminance Wax and Skincare permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or 'no show'.
Refunds: No Refunds once the service is rendered.
Touch up: You have 5 days after your wax service to get a touch if needed.
Child Policy: We kindly request that children not be present in the studio/treatment room during your appointment. As having children present during treatments may pose potential safety hazards.
